And that creates such a big gap that ultimately translates into imposter syndrome and lack of self-confidence, and that's the bridge we need to cross that, um, it's not that I am lucky to have these roles, it's really like if I have gone to the big schools or if I have worked for the big companies, or if I work for whatever company, I have made that role amazing through my work.

And then what it does is it shifts the power from external to internal, because then you can truly say, "Okay, I have certain really deep skills and expertise." That is what allowed the role to be expansive.

So inter- it shifts the power internally, and then you can start, then it starts to like kind of break down this imbalance, and you can start to see both yourself and the client or the company, like whatever the case may be, as equals.
