Well, look, what, one thing that we can't ignore is the impact of that reality collapse, right? So she was living in a preexisting reality where she thought her relationship was a certain way.

She thought her partner and his sexual behaviors and his sexual tastes were a certain way, and then there is this exposure of the truth, or sometimes just a partial truth that's enough, and there is this reality collapse.

We then have the integrity abuse that was part of the preexisting reality, and then becomes a huge part of the new reality after exposure, after discovery.

And those two factors can really contribute to a betrayed partner feeling like she has completely- Lost and forgotten herself.

She does not really know who she is anymore.

Very uncomfortable
