Well, I think I'm in the right place, because all of the things you just mentioned are very much areas of great interest to me.

I grew up in a Sunni Muslim household and you know from parents who were originally, you know, my mom was married in a miniskirt and my dad you know, they came to the United States from Egypt because my dad loved James Dean and Alfred Hitchcock and Harley Davidson.

So not exactly what you would consider like your traditional Muslim values, but that's how they made their initial life decisions.

And then while living abroad for decades, an extended period of time, then it really kind of came from my mother to move back into more traditional religious beliefs.

And she really kind of steered that ship in that direction.

As long as they're not conflicting, you know, then all the better.
