When would you say a business owner starts to potentially look at exposing now an SMSF or... using that as an investment tool? Is it once they've maybe exhausted company structure and then bounced to SMSF? Or yeah, is there any things you've noticed dealing with a lot of business owners, how they use SMSF?

Yeah, I think a lot of business owners that are in, have been growing and they're getting to the stage where their personal marginal tax rates that are They're all time high.

They need to find ways to move cash into more tax effective environments.

We start to utilize SMSFs in that sense because they can then use their caps and so forth, as well as them wanting to either grow or expand their business in terms of the premise that they're in.

And again, I go back to e-commerce because we have a heap of e-commerce businesses.

These guys move at speed and usually they're changing warehouses or warehouses going into a different environment very quickly because of how fast they grow.

But a lot of the time they are just paying more rent, more and more rent to somebody else.
