But you've got to be thinking about, you know, is it going to be worth anything tomorrow? Yeah,

for an investor who's really done well and known that this is my time, an investor who understands the market, understands the cycle and has picked a property a few years back and knowing that, You know, this is where we're heading into and I could offload because it's done its job.

So, it's based on the investors' real scenario themselves.

You know, what it is, what they want to do and what they've been doing with their portfolio.

So, it's good for them to sell and then get into better quality properties if they wanted to.

They don't necessarily have investment experience, so you can't relate, like, what we do.

Our team, we have our team of buyer's agents.

We ourselves are buyer's agent, but the added thing we also have is the investment experience.

So when we talk to somebody as a buyer's agent, there's a difference.

And so we are about building somebody's portfolio rather than finding them a property.

Um, how much of that should be influencing your buying decisions, do you think, Rashmi? Does it, you know, is it still about capital growth and, and the yield is a secondary consideration?

And so you will come across all sorts of hurdles 'cause you are putting yourself right in front, trying to steer your ship to your financial success.

You will have all sorts of things come your way, hurdles come your way, and try and knock you down.

And that's where when someone is investing, the long-term vision has to be there.

Stick to fundamentals.

And so no matter what happens, you know you're heading in the direction.

Just adjust- As we were calling it, adjust accordingly, you will get there.

Look at everything, your finances, the properties, the repayments, the whole lot.

Really, really do a good analysis of it and look at what your options are for the next 18 months, as Victor was saying.

So map some strategies out rather than just jumping in and taking another step of selling or buying or Or anything like that, or totally holding back that I can't do.

But what if you've got these opportunities, your affordability is allowing for you to do, and yet you decide to sit back because you listen to the headlines and whatever and decide, okay, I better just stay away from all this.

And you've missed that opportunity.

Investor fuel, yeah, hard to say it's buyer's agent fuel, but no one's really looked at it for 10 years, so why did that awaken? What about Canberra? So the

And so that's what we try and do.

And, and how do people find that stability from, in these uncertain times pretty much is a matter of knowing who is guiding you and the experiences and the success of the person or people guiding you or behind you.

That is what tells you that, okay, I'm on the right path.

So if you're just focusing on the yield, you won't get that balanced portfolio, which will get you that result in the end that you're trying to get.
