It came as a result of, um, I was sitting in, in my bedroom and I had this, um, picture on my wall and it was of this mother, um, I thought she was cradling a baby.

That's what it looked like when I looked closer.

It was something else.

But anyway, it didn't matter.

That's a really powerful question.

The reality is if I were going to a coach, I would be looking for somebody who had a track record of success.

And I would make sure before I went to a coach that they had that track record of success, because I don't think it's very wise to find someone who doesn't have a success record.

You know, one of the principles we put in place for our people in CR is a thing called a sponsorship versus an accountability partner.

And a sponsor is someone who is farther down the road.

They're like a coach on a football team, right? They have a lot of experience.

You're going to
