Why do you think this settles?

Well, and look, Moon, we are not overly empathetic towards the insurance companies.

My members have a lot of frustration when it comes to them.

But I can also understand, that's a huge risk, right? Especially when you look at certain jurisdictions in Louisiana, where we have had some nuclear verdicts.

And when I say nuclear, I'm not even talking about $10 million that other people are talking about.

I'm talking about $420 million verdicts.

I don't know who they think is going to pay that verdict, but that is a verdict that is against an insurance company.

What are the things you need for the legislature to pass to make this better? Give us some examples.

And as I said, kind of hard to believe.

But just as you mentioned, side swipers, 18-wheelers.

what I call billboard lawyers, a little bit different than your run-of-the-mill trial lawyers, the people that you see advertising every 50 yards on the side of the interstate.

What I think people find really hard to believe, they are people that intentionally wrecked into 18-wheelers.
