Rene, are you enjoying it?

René Kofod-OlsenGUEST
no i joke joking aside um am i enjoying it um perversely uh yes but from a completely different perspective so on the 28th of february um you know i i i had just um put one of my very very good friends in the ground um and and i get a message that now the attacks have started um so i call our chief operating officer and i said we need to start the emergency response well that has been going on the emergency response team has been active for years because it was just an ever-going challenge as we have talked about here so I think there has we have created an institutional knowledge and an institutional understanding of risk, a little bit what Pankaj is saying, that this is just now the disruption that we are living through until others come.

René Kofod-OlsenGUEST
But I am positive on the reaction And so we have never seen a higher retention of officers, for instance, and even able bodies than we are seeing today.

René Kofod-OlsenGUEST
We have never seen a higher sort of willingness to come and be part of a cadet program, whether it be in the Philippines, whether it be the two programs we have in India.

René Kofod-OlsenGUEST
we we i i take a little bit if we can challenge uh of what james said in terms of seafarers fatigue and then they don't want long voyages and so on mental health and so on we don't see that we see obviously challenges that we have seen the last 10 15 20 50 years but we do not see assertion that i think that's a covet syndrome and and i actually tried to explain that to an ft journalist because I don't think it helps shipping, that we are not just talking about the resilience, the craftsmanship, the strength, because none of these ships that we talk about will move without seafarers.
