And Renata Applefield, you've won awards for the work that you're doing, you know, and the things that you put in place on site when it comes to psych and social safety and your workforce's mental wellbeing.

Yeah, he has been fortunate.

We won the Mind, Mind, Salt award a couple of years back.

And that was around working closely with a few psychologists, Tanya Davis, Peter Pitty from there, to try and bring the poster of the EAP from the wall to actually be something real.

And normalising that conversation is when people are feeling okay.

and encouraging people that meeting with a psychologist is not a bad thing.

It's not a negative thing.

But overall, I think the attitude's changed a lot, and I can say it'll be big now.
