Yeah, so the Women in Leadership group through the society, or I started in the society, I should say, really started as I got more active with the CPCU Society and started attending the annual conferences as leadership development for myself.

And one of the things that I thought about was, okay, what is the gap that's missing, right? So we do very good technical training, but there was an opportunity in some of the soft skill pieces that I thought there may be something there.
