So thinking about like the storytelling narrative arc for your works, how do you navigate the literal to the abstract and like thinking about like this humanistic approach to gestures or ideas of like the seed idea? How does that translate into the making of the movement for you?

Well, I want to piggyback off of what you were just naming in the space.

Like sometimes it's just ephemeral.

Sometimes there are moments that just align and you have to let it breathe.

Sometimes I like to be really didactic and word for word, we're going to count for every syllable.

I'd like to try different things because I don't necessarily think that telling the story in such a literal way will actually land.
