Where did the idea for the podcast come from? Do you have a moment, Gina, that was an insight maybe that made you think this needs a podcast or this needs to be started?

Regina LuttrellGUEST
Well, it all stemmed from when I first stepped into the role of being ADR, ADRCA, research and creative.

Regina LuttrellGUEST
So originally we would have brown bag lunches and it was just very internal and a small group of individuals would, you know, come from across the school to hear faculty present on their work.

Regina LuttrellGUEST
But I started like Newhouse Impact, which was to show what is the impact of our faculty and students across Newhouse to celebrate everything from journalism to advertising, visual communications, everything in between.

Chris BoltHOST
When did you decide it was sort of worth the institutional investment to do, you know, given, like I said, there's work on the front end, there's work to do it, and then there's work on the back end to get it posted?
