So what is it in you that likes this kind of leapfrogging and like, um, making an organization better and then maybe moving on to the next one to do the same thing? Is it something about the process? Is it-- What, what is it?

No, that's a, that's a phenomenal question, and no one's really asked me that question as directly as you have.

So, you know, early on, man, it was a matter of me being tapped, uh, me being contacted to, to come in and to address s- specific issues.

Uh, with the exception of Lockheed.

So Lockheed, you know, I was recruited to go to Lockheed, but you know, they, they weren't drowning in issues like, like I had in other scenarios.

So for Hartford, Hartford, man, it's, it's a, it's a storied legacy American fire department.

That's where the Barnum & Bailey Circus fire occurred, which changed the laws internationally on places of public assembly.

I walk the line between those things and serve both sides of the, you know, the fence.
