You think, oh, why me? You sort of do that, don't you?
20:47
Massively.
20:48
It's obviously a part of the game, but I'd have the same thing for four years.
20:51
and I knew that it wasn't getting better but people around me were like trying to keep me motivated so they were telling me that was all in my head I literally at one point really thought that it was just in my own in my own headspace and for six months I had this injury and I was pushing forwards at like a hundred mile an hour knowing that my body went right and then when I got when I when I got all the scans and that what I knew was right was right the nerve was impinged and I had to basically try and shrink the piriformis muscle but then when you're getting injections you're getting botox and like It wasn't getting any better.
21:21
So that was a tough pill to swallow.
21:23
And I lost myself big time.
21:25
I didn't know what I wanted to do, what avenue that I was going to go down.

You've gotta sorta know who you're teaching, what you're teaching, how you're teaching, so you've probably-
36:14
probably-It's good for you.
36:16
You've been able to learn, haven't you? Oh, 1- 1- 100% because I, I had to- Learn quick ...
36:21
learn quick, but also have that knowledge base to be able to impress people as well.
36:24
Otherwise, people are not gonna take you serious, especially when you're 17 teaching like adults or teaching like... 'Cause in CrossFit gyms we have a multitude of different people, like all gyms do, from everyday walks of life and all different areas of life.
36:34
You're dealing sometimes with like high-level doctors or people who are like really intelligent in their fields.
36:38
You need for them to take you seriously.

If you're in a negative space, under pressure with business or, you know, your sexuality or anything like that, if you're carrying that around with you-
7:21
Brilliant.
7:21
And then the se- in the semifinals it was down to 37 people.
7:25
So in the semifinals, uh, you had to make a video, um, just again, answering questions, uh, to send over to them.
7:34
And then again, it was a couple of weeks, I was kinda starting to forget about it, and then I got a phone call from Screwfix and they let me know that I was in the finals for it, and it was down to now 10 people.
8:32
Can you remember any of them?
8:34
Um, so in the semifinals one, it was like they asked you what's your favorite tool you use on a day-to-day basis, uh, what you would do to change the trades.
8:44
Just another kinda few basic questions about yourself and what you do out with work and stuff like that.
8:49
Um, and it was very much the same in the finals as well.
