Yeah, I had forgotten about that, actually.

But one thing that we have also done since Gianna was about five, so over a decade now, I don't claim this.

I just read it somewhere in a blog.

But sometime 10 years ago, I read to ask your kids three questions every night at dinner.

And one of them was, what did you do kind today? What did you do brave? And how did you fail today? And those three things, literally almost every single time we're together for dinner, I We ask those of each other in our family now.

And it really just puts into perspective that for one, putting kindness, you know, being kind to yourself, being kind to others.
