Now, I thought I'd let you both have the floor and open up to talking about some of the really cool technologies that are out there for some of our blind and low vision members.

Yeah, well, it's certainly changed a lot in the 10 years that I've been working in this role.

Obviously, mobile phones have become a huge part of people's lives.

So that would be one of the things I... help people with most of all.

So sometimes it might be someone transitioning from a little push button flip phone into a push button flip phone that's got larger buttons and larger screen and larger print and maybe voice contacts.

right through to someone trying their first smartphone.

And there's apps and voice assistants which can make that so much easier to use.

Did any of you want to have a chat about, I guess, the limitations and the pros of AI that is useful for blind and low vision members out there?
