I, okay, so I think you're, you're right, especially I would say that like I feel like we've talked about this before, but that sort of kind of fulcrum point of 2015 to 2018 or '19 when industry conversations sort of started, and we were having a Me Too moment, and we were kinda going, like there was people who were against some of the organizations who were really loud but also kinda mean that were online.

Rebecca SebastianGUEST
And there, I think that was a moment when it was really difficult to tune in to those conversations.

Rebecca SebastianGUEST
Like I'm super nerdy, and so I was tuning in, and I'm like, "Oh my God, I wanna know more." You know, I have a organizational communications degree, and so all of that stuff's very interesting to me.

Rebecca SebastianGUEST
Um, I think the moment now is very different, and it's different for a lot of reasons.

Rebecca SebastianGUEST
I think it's different because some things happened in the industry that we absolutely didn't talk about.
