Yeah, so shifting gears a teeny bit, I'm curious, how do you optimize your own sense of well-being within the context of your parenting and your work? Because that's a big deal, particularly in the work that we do, but the focus of my new book, Step Away, is really how we as parents are optimizing our own sense of well-being such that we're able to show up fully across the domains of our lives and model those things for our kids.
