Yeah, I think you have to over-communicate excessively.

Everyone has to.

That's not just like leadership needs to over-communicate.

Everyone needs to be over-communicating.

Because you're not, for example, sitting next to a person.

So you're not going to be sitting next to the new hire and just notice that they're doing this one thing that actually they don't need to be doing.
