So I'm debating whether to tell you this or not because some of you are going to feel bad because you didn't get me a gift.

But yesterday was my birthday.

And so Stephanie graciously had the whole family over for lunch yesterday because I had a wedding in here last night.

And our colleague for Labor Day just reminded me of what we all realized yesterday, that the three young men all in their 30s to really late 30s are all right now unemployed.

they've all been laid off in the last couple of months.

They're searching for new jobs, and I know that that is going to happen.

Have you ever failed publicly before? Have you ever had a spectacular failure, kind of like...

Well, Peter, in front of all the disciples, you know, he seems to be pulling off kind of a Jesus type miracle.

And then, boom, he just goes down.

You know, I'm grateful that during my lifetime, I have experienced a number of failures.

I think I've learned more from failing than from failure.
