But that's not the same, is it?
19:10
It's a great question.
19:14
I think I will be the first one to say it's not clear because I think we're just so early in the cycle of where we are that I think it's almost like the chronic effects are unclear.
19:31
And so what is the chronic effect of using a lot of agent coding? Do your skills degrade? Do they get better? Do you get better at different skills? I think I'm kind of there for the journey.
19:47
And I do think that in six months time, we'll actually have a much better feel for it.
19:52
And there's gonna be kind of this interesting question of, is there this degradation of core skills that then needs to be managed? Like, what does that look like? Maybe what that is, is you now have like, almost like skill refresh courses that is basically just people going over the fundamental skills again and coding by hand again, just to make sure that they're not losing their core skillset.
20:15
Maybe it's, Maybe it's actually it doesn't really matter because people don't really like it's like compilers, like people really think about, you know, reading their compiled code anymore, right? You're really just worried about the higher level, like concepts.
22:11
But are you anticipating... less need for software engineers from a profession perspective? Or is it actually creating more work in a different way?
19:22
But like, what does AI native really mean? How has the advancement of technology influenced how you've built this business and will continue to build it?
19:30
Yeah, so I think when we think about building an AI-native business here, I think about two things.
19:37
I think the first thing is we want to build it in a unified way, not in an integrated way.
19:43
So there's a number of products, I think, in this space where they rely on integrating into other systems and pulling the data back.
19:52
And that's just fundamentally flawed as an approach and doesn't... get you to the level of kind of data interoperability and workflow interoperability that is necessary to actually have a cohesive flow.
20:04
So an example I'd give here is if you have an ambient scribe and it's plugging into your EHR, if your EHR has a form with a bunch of fields in it, How does the ambient scribe know which fields to fill out? How does it know what data was perhaps in a prior session where you want to actually pull that data forward into this session? How does it know about downstream billing effects that might also impact the clinical documentation? So there's all this data that is actually very difficult to integrate if it's a separate system.
20:33
But because we have it all together in a single system, it's much easier to kind of build it all together.
