Because we started out on a net zero journey is that we really kind of got the, you know, the microscope out and started to look very closely at our working practices, you know, at every level, from the office right the way through to the actual products that we deliver.

Ray StephensGUEST
i mean the products came came as a almost a secondary thought because we were very looking very closely at the most obvious things like so you know how much um energy we're using to keep the office open um what about the kit um how much energy is that using how much is it costing us so we started to really start to put in essentially a management framework that to enable us to look at at all of the different layers of the business you know from infrastructure operationally and start to measure.

Ray StephensGUEST
And that was really one of the key things, is actually getting a little bit of a benchmark in place.

Ray StephensGUEST
And what we soon kind of identified was that Part of our kind of business continuity plan was that we could always remote work.

Ray StephensGUEST
And although we were, before COVID, obviously we were fully 100% in the office, but when we suddenly couldn't go to the office anymore, it wasn't a problem because we always had this remote access capability.

Ray StephensGUEST
But then it kind of dawned on us is that we've got double infrastructure because we've always had fairly hefty workstations with like three or four screens.

Again, have you found that that has really helped having support across the organisation, but also having that responsibility across to embed it into those actions and for it not to become something separate, but something that is just part of the work?
