This has been discussed for more years than I've been in Raleigh.

What we're going to do with less money coming into our fund for our highways.

Because cars are getting more and more efficient.

We're getting more and more EVs.

So we're having more miles driven, but we're collecting less taxes.

I've yet to hear an idea of what they're going to do.

What would you do in Raleigh to lower costs or expand access to care in rural counties like Watauga?
