So, um, from your perspective, I'm just really interested, whether it's AI or, or anything else, what are some of those powerful forces that you see shaping health IT within the organization? How do you, um, see them, you know, making a big difference, especially a- as quickly as things are moving?

Yeah.

So I-- you know, right now there's a lot of headwinds really tied to financial constraints.

Um, you know, we're-- all health systems are facing challenges with HR1B, reduced revenue.

We're Medicaid as well, so we're hit even stronger in terms of, uh, UIS, which, which stands for Undetermined Immigration Status.

So as part of the new Medicaid requirements, um, in California, we're able to provide healthcare for all.

And now with insurance requirements and Medicaid, um, a lot of folks will not be able to meet those requirements, uh, unfortunately.

Is there anything you'd like to, um, tell us about you're most proud of from the last year, something that you've tried out that's paid off? Um, I'd just love to get a sense of, um, you know, what you've been able to accomplish, and then what you see as being the next problem you're trying to solve with technology or AI.
