you have a vision and you want certain things to happen, but for the most part, it's happening in real time.

And when you have no means, like you don't have budget, you don't have money, you need to get extra creative to how to create an experience by partnering up with others, bringing things in, doing the little things that people will notice.

So that's what we did at the very first one.

So I had another friend who had a video production company.

Again, I couldn't afford anything, doing anything at that time.

But I had a friend and he offered like, hey, I'll do it for free.
