um just in terms of the changes in the way they you know what your immediate thoughts are going forward because i guess what people will want to get out of this video or this podcast is um the you know just ideas ideas in terms of list building and ways forward and the best thing to do so uh other than triple spoiler yeah sure so another list you're thinking of or another way forward
35:43
I mean, I can really push the bar and say two despoilers and eight dogs instead of three despoilers and five dogs.
35:49
But I think realistically, one of the things that's going to be helpful and one of the things that's going to be good to sort of look at is we're now in a world where, you know, all the kind of major kind of content creators all talking about this kind of 14 dog build, blah, blah, blah, blah.
36:04
It becomes very predictable.
36:05
And the more predictable it gets, you can do well being predictable, but people start to tech for it.
36:11
They start to tech against it.
36:12
And actually with some of the changes that we're seeing, let's say like with the Orcs coming out, where there's a lot of strength five and strength nine and strength 10, Dogs will die quickly.

Is there a way, and we'll start with Ratanu, in Chaos Knights, is that a way that you're thinking about it or do you think that's a way to go forward with this?
11:56
And, and hopefully you have a different impression here and I'm, there's some juice I'm missing.
12:00
Yeah, so I think, um, before we had 11th, this was actually my favorite ... detachment to run four, four Chaos Knights because of a lot of the jank and the tricks that you said we could do.
12:10
Um, I think there is some utility and there is some synergy in some of the different things that you can do with it, particularly with those 11th edition missions and game plan.
12:18
So if you think about stuff that kind of wants to be in places, so things like recon, stuff like disruption, um, having access to the Felgor Beastmen that have that, uh, turn one earlier come down means that in turn two you can be in your opponent's back lines, which probably won't be as screened given how the maps are and given how the missions play.
12:35
Um, and actually the enhancement for the free heroic or the one CP less heroic I find is really, really s- synergistic, particularly with shooty dogs.
12:43
So, um, if you, say, combine a Houndpack lance with Iconoclast fiefdom, and you have, say, some, some traitor guardsmen around a brigand, um, if an opponent wants to charge a brigand on a point, you can free heroic with your traitor guardsmen.
12:55
That puts 20 OC on the point.

Anyway, how do you feel about this detachment? There's a bit more to unpack, but you'll do it better than me.
