Um, I studied psychology in university, um, with an emphasis on early childhood experiences, um, which was a projection of my own insecurities [laughs] of my early childhood experiences.

Um, you know, like being, um, having or experiencing CPTSD, complex post-traumatic stress disorder, from all the ad- adversity, um, in my younger years, um, has always made me really curious about why humans do what they do and, um, you know, how do we shift those behaviors? How do we become more compassionate? Um, because I think I was looking for that and to receive that.

Um, in university, you know, over, you know, 20 years ago, I don't even think trauma informed was a thing.
