I want you just to kind of think of yourself as a teenager and what you saw in principals that made them great.

I will share with you that back in my teenager years, I wasn't even looking or seeking this.

I could speak to what amazing teachers that I had that helped support me and the relationship that my teachers had, like my science teacher had with me, my Spanish teacher, and how, I mean, way back even in my middle school years, my PE teacher, without them helping me, Honestly, it's the relationship and what you speak into your kids is almost true.

Like that's like my jam and what we say matters and what's important to us is what we talk about the most.

And so those relationships with the staff there, I don't know if I would be doing what I'm doing now.

Honestly, it just, my parents are migrant workers and I was working in the fields and it was much, my parents very much telling me like, hey, education is important.

Like you, continue to work through that and my teachers coming alongside and say no hey you know what you're gonna play basketball oh yes I am I'm I and then I did you know and I enjoyed it and I was an avenue in there and then my science teacher in high school saying hey have you ever considered you know do you like science you're really good at it no one had ever shared that with me and And I went into science pre-med actually initially.

So how are you directing principals now in terms of the struggle to have a safe environment with positive discipline, but also if grace is appropriate? You know, part of it is the systems,
