um subbing for us giving of his time and resources showing up year after year um and no titles have really been attached he's just he's our chief encouragement officer he's our honorary paideia granddad um so what has his faithfulness taught you about faithfulness and leadership
20:34
Yeah, certainly.
20:37
He's been very faithful to the school.
20:38
In fact, there have been times we were ready to give up, and he insisted that we not give up and even took out a mortgage to build the building we're in now and rented it to the school at quite a loss for quite a few years.
20:56
Yeah.
20:58
Just a huge encouragement.
21:00
I think, you know, probably one of the biggest life lessons that I had, though, was as a young child.

22:14
You're clearly a person who believes in God's faithfulness across generations, family generations, right? As you think about the impact that your father has made on your life, what encouragement do you have for our current Paideia fathers or our fathers-to-be as they think about fathers like your own? Yeah.

For example, those
28:22
are non-negotiables.
28:25
Intentionality has to be a non-negotiable if you want to be and remain a distinctly classical and Christian school, intentional in everything that we do.
28:34
Charles mentioned integration.
28:37
What does that mean? That means that we are weaving theology, hopefully, if we're doing it right, into every academic discipline.
28:44
Mm-hmm.
28:52
History is God's revealing himself through time.

Anything else, Randy?
6:39
the intense momentum behind data centers right now, what exactly has changed over the last few years? And where does Weidmuller play within that change
6:49
today? Very good question.
6:52
I would say if we look back two years ago, it's completely different than what we do today.
6:59
And I'll give you three good examples of what's changing in the market.
7:04
Weidmuller is a component manufacturer.
7:07
We have over 75,000 SKUs and distributors and customers buy these Legos from us and then they preassemble them on the factory floor and then they put them inside the control panel and then they wire them.
7:20
They're so busy today at data centers, they don't have time to make those DIN rail assemblies and buy all those components and snap all the tags on them, the markers and the jumpers.
10:56
How is that impacting the environment that we are finding ourselves in within manufacturing right now?
