How did you land on Ceiba to pick Ceiba?

So I remember very fondly I was in, I believe, like towards the end of third year of undergrad.

And it wasn't necessarily SEBA, but there was this person that came from a Caribbean med school and had sort of like a seminar at Dalhousie University.

I went and obviously it was, you know, a little brunch and you know how undergrad students are, right? You have food, we'll be there.

Free food anytime.

So I was there and I was just kind of hearing about it.

And I was like, wow, that's something I would totally do because I don't like living in a confined space.
