Uh, and so yeah, we could talk a little bit more about what that is, but I'll let, I'll let Ramsey jump in.

Um, for me, my background is data science, remote sensing.

Um, the, the cool thing about my background is that you, you can apply it to really any industry.

Um, and so I guess in college, um, I started take- just as an elective, I took a conservation policy class, and that's how I met all of my buddies that started getting me out, um, in the duck blind with them, and I just became obsessed with conservation and conservation policy.

And so then I started learning about habitat, and, um, that's what led me to even applying to work at Ducks Unlimited, 'cause that was like, what a dream job, you know? Like, the sport is fun.

I mean, I, I love going out and shooting, um, but, um, you know, we have to protect the resources that allow this sport to be possible, right? And, and we have to look to the future and, um, make sure that we're, we're protecting, um, the resource for, for future, um, for future hunters and, and generations to come.

I don't know if Ramsey wanted to talk about any of that.
