So the instinct to capture images or to make music, is it some sense, you know, is it to make it a part of you, to understand your times? How has it helped you understand the times you've lived in?

I used to be, the way I measured time for a very large part of my life was I was always in preparation.

I remember as a child I was preparing to make my first communion, then I was preparing to go into junior high or grammar.

There was always these lapses that existed ahead of us where we were progressing through time predicated on noteworthy events.

But I went into the Navy.

Then I got my driver's license.

Then I got out of the Navy.

but you don't really know what it's like to be

Yeah.

It comes from somewhere.

But one of the things we'll notice is that I have a colleague in Brazil who helps me with everything, organizes my online stuff, and we're dear friends, and thanks to Zoom, we talk three, four times a week.

And he said, "I'm not personally threatened by it." He said, "You shouldn't be.

How could somebody describe one of your photographs to make me one?" You see.

Yeah.

Now, the other thing is this: What makes any work of art unique? Why do some works of art endure? There's this question of religious morality, and, and certain religions forbid art.

One of the reasons is because God is immortal, and art is, too.
