When you look at Israel tech right now, what do you think explains this resilience?

Okay, so we'll talk about resilience in a minute, but just make su- let's understand what is the situation we are living in.

We have soldiers who are risking their lives on a daily basis.

We have employees who are on a reserve duty for months, sometimes for hundreds of days in a row.

We have companies, like the startups, that are understaffed constantly.

And also us, on the home front, we have to maintain a sense of routine, which is not really normal.

So this is very challenging.
