And it doesn't just feel like we're just ticking boxes to say we've done all these day one tasks or week one tasks without actually some you know, human touch and conversation around

it? I think we sometimes assume that people start there, paperwork is done, so we assume the onboarding is complete.

You know, and also what I've seen is that some hotels that I go to, they think onboarding is done after the week one.

It's a continuous process.

Like you said, Sally, that, you know, When they come in, you know, for them, it's scary, you know, especially in big hotels.

It is not that easy.

And nowadays, you know, it's getting younger and younger.

As somebody who kind of sits, I guess, at an eagle eye level, senior leadership within the portfolio of hotels that you operate, how important is it for you to be visible in that period when you get a new joiner coming in? And I suppose the second question to that is how realistic is it for you to be that way when perhaps you've got multiple joiners all happening in multiple properties? Yeah.
