Sally, any experiences from your own personal journey?
21:31
I think for my own, it's just where you've sort of felt like part of the team before actually joining the team.
21:37
So, you know, that bit often gets neglected between offer acceptance and starting.
21:41
Sometimes that can be a short window or long, depending on notice periods, but sort of check-ins in between.
21:47
I've had instances where I've joined meetings or social events, you know, in between that period, because you're still part of the team, albeit you might be a week out from joining.
21:56
And I think just all serves to make you still feel that you're being included, considered, you're not going to join.
22:03
And there's been a meeting a week before that you haven't understood what kind of what went on.

How do you ensure, like if you're building an onboarding process for your organisation, how do you ensure you get buy-in across? Because I would assume that buy-in is quite an important factor in this from all of the different departments and operations that you come into contact with.
