Were you happy with your edit, right? Like you got a good edit.
5:52
Yeah.
5:53
Yeah.
5:53
I mean, I think, like I said, not really in the drama and I kind of let producers know that before I signed on.
5:59
I was like, "I'm not gonna be your like crazy, going and like fighting with everyone or like, you know, going after the boys." And so I was like, "I'm just not, it's just not me." Like I wouldn't be like real to me, and that was kind of the main thing that I told them.
6:12
I was like, "I wanna be true to myself on, if I'm gonna do this show." Um- And yeah, I think what was edited of me was fine.
6:20
Like, I'm, I'm not in it that much because I did end up leaving to Europe, like, halfway through filming just because I had a pre-planned trip.

27 MINS LATER

33:35
... all the drama.
4:17
Mm-hmm.
4:17
Because I think, like, I grew up speaking to adults, like, all the time.
4:21
Like, I was, like, you know, eight years old, but I was surrounded by adults all the time.
4:24
So I think it kind of, like, in a way, gave me, like, this maturity that I appreciate now.
4:31
Um, yeah, it was a, it was a really unique but really fun way to grow up.

36 MINS LATER

40:45
I really can't.
40:47
I'm like, "I'm really confused right now." I will say, though, great guy, super nice, was never mean to me.
40:52
Like, I've dated some assholes, so it was great.
LoriHOST
2:40
What was it really like?
2:43
yeah i mean i think growing up you know it has its ups and its downs i think for anyone no matter where you grow up who your parents are sure but i think having a rock star as a dad is definitely an interesting way to grow up and i think when i was younger i didn't really realize that it was any different because i was like this is just what dad does and then i think as you get a little bit older you're like hey my friend's dad wears a suit and mine's wearing a bandana and cowboy boots like just slight changes here and there um but yeah i mean listen i had a definitely an interesting and very fun childhood i would spend summers on a tour bus i got to go out on stage and sing with him when you know when he would wrap up the show and yeah it was definitely an interesting way to grow up and i think It's given me a lot of perspective as an adult.
3:33
I think a good perspective that he's always taught us is just to, you know, I think just treat everyone with kindness to stay grounded.
3:41
Yeah.
3:41
I think that's kind of the main perspective is just to stay grounded, stay true to yourself.
3:46
And like I said, treat everyone with kindness.
3:48
That's something that him and my mom always taught me.

15 MINS LATER

LoriHOST
18:59
No.
44:55
Was there any side of yourself that you were nervous to share for reality TV?
44:59
I think, like, the vulnerable side probably because I'm usually...
45:02
I don't really like to show that side in life.
45:05
Like, I feel like I'm always, like, the person that, like, is always fine, and that's kind of, like, my role in, like, every situation.
45:11
So I think showing, like, you know, that side of, like, "Oh, I'm like, you know, not really sure what to do right now," or, "Oh, this is the way, why I feel about this thing," or stuff like that.
45:21
So I think, like, showing vulnerability was, like, a big...
45:24
Like, it might not seem like I'm necessarily being super vulnerable and, like, you know, crying and releasing all these emotions on camera, but, like, me just sitting down and, like, expressing certain things, like why I feel the way I do about that, is, like, a big step for me because all my friends would be like, "Oh yeah, she's always fine." Like, we've never...
48:45
Was this a big goal?
6:53
I love how raw and intimate it is, even though it's just like, how has his guidance kind of helped navigate you through this journey of yours?
7:02
Um, you know, I think his guidance is, it's always like something I hold near and dear to my heart because, you know, seeing what he started from and where he is now, um, it's kind of stupid not to take his advice and not to take his guidance just to see like the success that he's created in his own life.
7:20
Um, but still at the same time, sometimes when he's like, you know, telling me all this advice, I'm like, oh my God, shut up, dad.
7:25
But like, it's still, you know, I have to take a step back and be like, okay, he does know what he's talking about.
9:31
Y'all are
9:32
great.
9:32
So nice to meet you.
9:33
Thank you.
