And funnily enough, I think offline, we were just discussing about that where I mentioned to you, we had a great conversation with an asset manager organization who've just had their licenses approved.

And one of the way I've explained to them was imagine you have you have college graduates, right? next to you and you want to teach them how to do research how to do lead generations how to do prospecting how to update a crm how to create opportunities right so you start by teaching your agent um college grads, you start teaching them your ways of how to do things.

And at some point in time, when you're confident that that college grad can now send an email autonomously, because they've understood your messaging, they've understood your style, they've understood the company's culture, they understood the ethos.

They've understood how you work.
