It's like, yo, I got to level
29:43
my shit up.
29:43
A hundred percent.
29:44
A hundred percent.
29:45
And I think that's what we're missing today, man.
29:47
I think it's, We as a society, and that's why I really love to speak to everybody out there.
29:53
It's, you know, I don't want people to think that wherever you are right now, financially, in a relationship, weight, health, I mean, whatever the biggest core problem is, I don't want you to think that this is it.
34:26
It's me.

For the ones who get it done.
10:42
Per day, three days a week.
10:44
Really quick backstory.
10:46
First day of class, I remember there was twenty-some people, and everyone's like, "Welcome class." The trainer said, "Welcome, everybody." And I remember she said, "Okay, everybody, first step, first day, you have to announce your name and announce your weight to the whole entire class." And I'm like, "Oh, man." I'm like, "Please don't make me do this." And she was like, "Raheel." I was like, "Please." I'm like in tears, like, "Please don't make me do this." And she was like, "Raheel, I promise you, I know what you're feeling.
11:12
I know what you're going through.
11:13
Everyone has to do it.
11:14
But when you get to the other side of this journey, as much as you hate telling-- as much as you hate this part now, when you get to the other side of this journey, you're going to love telling this part of, of the journey.

33:28
Where did that happen for you? Where did that turn over?
2:56
Yeah.
2:56
And I think it just stems from, I guess, from childhood, right? From, like, when I was born, I was pretty much born overweight, and then, [sniffs] and the weight just kept adding on.
3:05
And, you know, elementary school, middle school, high school, college, post-college.
3:11
And then, yeah, before you know it, I think, like most people in life, life truly kinda gets in the way, and then you don't real- realize what's going on until it really hits you in the face.
3:20
So fast-forward to January 2010.
3:23
I was 27 years old, I was 405 pounds, and just a lot of bad habits, right? And I think it's very easy for anyone to say, well, diet, lack of exercise, which is true, but it's also the fact of I truly feel like your life, your lifestyle, the choices that you make, who you hang out with, and I was F grade all across the board.
3:45
And what I mean by that is just not having that accountability.
