So my entire career, I've actually spent it here in Cummins, a large industrial manufacturer based out of Columbus, Indiana, over 100 years in operations.

I lead our sustainability strategy and customer solutions team within our corporate sustainability organization.

But I did not start my career in sustainability per se.

I started my career in engineering and product engineering in particular.

So having the experience to really understand the specifications that go into the components down from the material level specifications in order to actually achieve the performance requirements that our components needed to meet the functions in the field at launch.
