I know you said you're still analysing the survey at the moment, but I wonder whether there are any observations that you can share about based on what you've seen so far?

Sure, sure.

So that was actually a focus of my master's research.

So I set out to interview parents about what school non-attendance looked like in autistic students, because there wasn't anybody who had described in the research the things that I'd observed at home.

And the things that I'd seen, I'm part of the school community as a parent and have been for many, many years.

So I kind of see those posts and see what people say and think that's not described in the research yet.

So I was really interested in all that stuff that happens at home when kids feel sick the night before or the morning of.

in the teaching cohort that you were working with, how well do you think folks understood the reasons why the kids were struggling to attend school?
