There's the other school of thought, which I'm much more inclined to agree with, which is that if you... can share that knowledge and allow people to share knowledge and learn what it does is it paints you in an even better light as an expert as people who know what they're talking about and be can can be trusted with it if you're a closed book and you look like you've got secrets you don't want to give them away i think personally that can have a negative effect and i'm getting the sort of feeling that you guys are very much into that open knowledge sharing that that's going to reinforce the values that you have

yeah definitely and it's both we we have had clients leave saying we're going to do this on our own now, or approach us with the idea that like, help us do this year one, and then we'll run with it.

And I do think, I mean, I'll have the data in front of me, but we've actually had a lot of clients come back after a year off where they try and go do it themselves.

And then the thing is, right, they might've figured out how to do that baseline, but then now they're asked to do something new or something new is introduced and they come back to us.

Is it something that actually we're experiencing less of in the industry in terms of trends? Are people a little bit more free thinking now where they don't necessarily just want to do something because they've seen their competitor doing it? Do you find that there's a little bit more of a free thinking approach, particularly since a pandemic amongst clients that you're working with?
