Are we past that conversation, but there's other kind of challenges that workforce needs?

Yeah.

So if I take it back to more of our actual clinicians and staff that are actually within the hospitals, there's definitely probably, we've definitely moved the dial quite a bit because more people are actually a bit more computer savvy and technical savvy and even understanding around the importance around privacy and cybersecurity.

And I think that's actually, I've definitely seen that evolve over the last, even I'd say three years.

Yeah.

And one of the works that we actually did with the University of Queensland is we actually did a workforce capability research study.

And so surveyed, we ended up getting like 1900 clinicians respond.
