biggest growth challenge I find is it's hard to say because there's so much competition in my community.

Nail salons.

It's like, I don't know about you and your town, but there's I have a very, very small town and there's three nail salons within a block of each other.

Right.

Staying relevant, recapturing clients because clients have the shiny ball syndrome.

What has changed most in your leadership over 20 plus years? And what has scaling from one location to two asked of you personally?

Mm-hmm.

You know? So it's really hard to get into the idea of why, but I do feel like you need to find somebody that's really passionate and try to learn underneath them, um, and, and to constantly grow yourself.

You know, um, constantly take online classes.

I'm gonna learn about, you know, microcurrent treatments.

I'm gonna learn about, you know, myofascial release.

I'm gonna learn about, you know, buccal treatments.

Like, you know, continuously expanding, 'cause you're not gonna...
