Tell me a little more.

Okay, I'm slightly shy about sharing my personal life, but I'm more than happy to do this if my story can help others.

I was born in Japan in August 1936 and turned 86 this year.

My family relocated back to South Korea in October 1945. not long after the end of World War II.

I was nine years old at that time and had grown up learning the Japanese language, so I needed to master Korean language while working on my education, which was very hard.

In 1960, when I was 25 years old, I was invited to a special opportunity to visit America for 10 months to work at the hospital clinic in Washington state that was connected to the church affiliated hospital where I worked.

I actually I did not say yes for some time for two reasons.
