Yep,
6:54
exactly.
6:55
And I think that's the one part sometimes people do resist also is like, We really like the person and we hired them and they were great when they started.
7:05
And as much as we want our team to stay with us forever, like just like our patients, it just happens, right? People tend to leave and come and go.
7:13
And that is just, again, part of the evolution of life with things.
7:16
And sometimes like also our team member doesn't even know that.
7:20
they don't realize they're growing out of their role.

15:48
Yeah.
1:49
Thank you.
1:51
I love talking about this because I think you're right in the world of all the flashiness of AI and what's the new app and the next technology and the next, next hire, which those things are so important, but we do really forget how we can love up on the people that are in our doors asking for referrals, asking for networking, and then our community as well.
2:11
So I think we should talk about in our patient base first, because I think that also gets overlooked as well.
2:18
So I think one thing that we have done really well in our office, which has grown over the years, is just having our ears open and not hesitating to be like, oh, quickly, can I grab their name and write it down? Or I love that, just getting the information right away from patients when you hear things, whether it's an event, it's someone that we should know, it's a talk that's happening in the community.
2:43
We're always really good at just getting the information right away.
2:46
I think a lot of times, too, what can happen is we hear something and then all of a sudden it's like, oh, cool, I'll look into that.
2:52
Or maybe we'll connect later on it.
7:19
When you think about some of those action steps, what would you be telling a young chiropractor to be doing to get well-networked externally in your community?
4:48
Right.
4:49
Mm-hmm.
5:07
And when so let's talk about materially specifically, you know, it's like, let's say you're a solo doc, right? And you're going to have coverage come in for you, because I think that's the healthy boundary.
5:16
So you can have more than two weeks away from your practice, right? Because I know people still do that.
5:22
But like, that doesn't have to happen that way, right? So then it's like having a practice relief doctor come in and meet your patients and see them for a day.
5:28
And just like you would onboard a new doctor and be like, they're taking care of you.
5:32
I've ran through all of my patient notes with them.

motherhood and certainly from a vitalistic standpoint but it's really great to do it with a group of people
