So if I were coaching someone to go into a job interview, I certainly would encourage them to be interested, as you said, and display that because you don't want to make someone feel like, you're anything but interested in them personally and in the company.

And then I'd encourage them to think about two different things.

I would encourage them to think about that person as soon as they walk away from that interview and they have to go report about you.

What is the one thing you want them saying to whoever it is they're talking to you about? One thing.
