Can you, but can you tell our listeners, what is the difference between those three things? What exactly are they?

Rachel BallGUEST
So differentiation tends to mean when we predetermine the level of support that students will need.

Rachel BallGUEST
So we are meeting the needs of learners, but we are kind of predetermining in advance what particular groups we're going to put students in or what levels of the curriculum they'll access, what content they'll access.

Rachel BallGUEST
Now, there are aspects of a differentiated curriculum that will always be required.

Rachel BallGUEST
You know, if we're working in split a school that has split classes, you know, where you have like multiple year groups in a class, it's not kind of fair or reasonable to ask children who are working several years below other peers in the class.

Rachel BallGUEST
And to kind of meet the same learning outcomes, there'll always be an aspect of differentiation that is needed.
