And this is where we come in as well.

So during COVID, we set up the MRO Hub, the Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul Hub.

I'd say that's a really strong subsector for us in Wales.

And what we did was we brought about a dozen companies together My original thinking was it would enable them to bid for contracts that they couldn't do on their own.

So by pooling their resources, they would have greater opportunities.

And I wonder if aviation is aspirational, as it used to be, for young aspiring engineers or people doing the right subjects at school.
