According to the Halakha, it says that, uh, a, a, a woman should say, even if she's very, very busy, every person should say some prayers every day, and some authorities say that just saying the 15, 20 blessings i- in the beginning of the day, that in itself is sufficient.

But if a person has the time and the in- inclination, it's a beautiful thing to say the Amidah, and as a preparation for it to say Baruch Sheamar, Ashrei, and Yishtabach, and the Shema.

At least those prayers.
