What about your other partnerships? Have those changed, good or bad?
15:31
Well, you know, unfortunately, in the nonprofit world, agencies come and go.
15:37
And fortunately, fewer go than come, so new ones spring up.
15:41
But the biggest challenge we're seeing right now, Jill, is that The scope of the problems we're trying to address has really drained resources for a lot of agencies, nonprofit agencies.
15:55
We're more engaged right now in the Madison community in Dane County than we have ever been because Some agencies, like the County Veterans Service Office in Dane County, had their budget cut, so they're very much restricted by half on how much they can assist with a veteran.
16:13
Other agencies, because the problems have been exacerbated by an economy where rent is up but incomes aren't, utilities are up and incomes aren't, food is up and incomes aren't, So when you're dealing with people who are middle, lower middle and lower income, their incomes are not rising to keep pace with what's happening in the economy.
16:36
So a number of agencies, partner agencies, not only in Dane County, but statewide are out of funds.
